CPTR-142 Homework #12 - Due Wednesday 5/14/14
Program #12 is the que program started during class.
Complete the member functions that we defined: enqueue,
dequeue, empty, getHead, size, display. Write a main
that will call these functions and demonstrate that they
work.
Bring a printout of your main.cpp
file to class. Email the main.cpp files to
me but as you do that change the name to: name_program12.cpp
where name represents your last name. And between name and
program12 is an underscore. I appreciate not having spaces
in your file names.
