CPTR-301 Homework for Wednesday 4/27/16
In class Monday a problem definition was given (see the HW#3 pdf file)
for a 2-D simulation. The program will be due Friday. However, for
Wednesday you are to turn in your design notes for this program.
As discussed in class, design needs to be done prior to doing coding.
Your design notes should give a high level view of how the program
will work and classes and methods that likely will be used. This
documentation can be hand written (must be legible) so that you are
not spending a lot of time just making it pretty, although it should
be neat.
Bring hardcopy of your design to class.
