Determine if the following functions contain static hazards. If
a function has a static hazard create an equivalent function that
doesn't have the static hazard by adding hazard "cover"
(note that A' means A bar, etc.):
1) F = A'BC' + BD + ACD' + B'C'D'
2) W = A'BCD' + B'C'D' + AC'D
Do problems 8.3, 8.5, and 8.6 in the text.
